The primary source of vehicle location is the connected Electronic Logging Device (ELD). If the ELD temporarily stops reporting the truck's location due to connectivity issues, power loss, or device malfunction, the application uses the mobile device's location as a backup to ensure uninterrupted fleet operations and Hours of Service (HOS) support.
Usage Data: We may collect data about how you interact with the app, including pages visited, features used, and time spent in the app.
Device Information: Information about the device you use to access the app, such as device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers, may be collected.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the functionality of the applications.
To provide fleet management, driver assistance, and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance services.
To maintain truck location when the connected ELD device is temporarily unavailable or stops reporting location.

Location Services

The applications primarily obtain vehicle location from the connected Electronic Logging Device (ELD). Mobile device location is used only as a backup when the ELD is temporarily unable to provide location information.

Foreground location access is used while the driver is actively using the application.

Background location access is required to continue supporting driver operations when the application is not actively displayed and the connected ELD temporarily stops reporting the truck's position. This allows the application to maintain fleet visibility, driver support, and Hours of Service (HOS) functionality until normal ELD reporting resumes.

Location data is used exclusively to provide fleet management, driver assistance, safety, and regulatory compliance services. It is not used for advertising, marketing, analytics unrelated to fleet operations, or user profiling.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or location data.

Information collected by the applications, including location data when applicable, is transmitted securely to FleetBooster's servers solely for the purpose of providing fleet management, Hours of Service (HOS), operational support, safety, and regulatory compliance services.
